Hey zoners,

I am looking for instruction for this program. It seems easy enough to use, but I don't like having to tab so many times just to get to the message. I also want to be able to add sounds which will play when I filter my mail into different folders. Thanks for all responces.

Control+tab will get you to the folder list, and then you can just hit tab once to get to the message list. Last I checked you can't add sounds for specific folders.

Thanks Jared, I got some information for my I T department at school. This will be useful to me, so I thought I would pass along the information.

Mailbox Alert allows you to specify, for each seperate mail folder, a
message, sound and/or a system command that will be executed when new
mail is found there. ..."

Wow, now this is excellent! I will be setting up thunderbird for a professor tomorrow. from what I have seen you can press enter on a message to read it and all works well. big thing is there are no labels to tell you the message status and if someone has a suggestion I would welcom that.

ok I did not want to start a new topic on thunderbird since this already exists so here is my question. How do I get my thunderbird to stop saying x-western before everything in a message? It looks like a font issue but I am unsure of what to do.
